The header had Request for Proposal as the highest ranking optimized keyword. This keyword is followed by Provider, Education and Professional Development Provider, and Institute which isn't as urgent as Request for Proposal. The other words vmca.com used was Academy. RFP is included but will not be viewed by search engines.
